TDG Property is a property marketplace for Phuket, Thailand. These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing it, registering an account or listing a property, you agree to them.

2. What this site does

We publish property listings. We are a place where buyers, renters, agents and developers find each other.

We do not own the properties listed here, we are not party to any sale or tenancy agreed through the site, and we do not hold deposits or payments.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what is posted from your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it.

You must be entitled to advertise any property you list, and everything you say about it must be accurate — the price, the size, the title type and the photographs.

4. Listings and moderation

We check a seller's first listing before it goes on the site. After that, listings are published directly.

We may take a listing off the site at any time if it is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, or not a genuine property. We will tell you why, and you can ask us to look again once it is corrected.

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

5. Property information

Listings are written by the people advertising them. We take reasonable care but we cannot verify every claim.

Check anything you are relying on. Land title, ownership structure, foreign ownership quota, permitted use and boundaries should all be confirmed by your own lawyer before you commit money.

6. Our liability

We provide this site as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from a transaction between you and another user, from an inaccurate listing, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the version published here.
