This explains what we do with personal information when you use TDG Property.

2. What we collect

When you register: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your account type, and a password we never store in readable form.

When you list a property: everything you enter about it, and the photographs you upload. All of it is intended to be public.

When you send an enquiry: your name, email and message, so we can pass it on.

Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, which is ordinary web server logging.

3. What we use it for

• Showing your listings and public profile to visitors
• Passing enquiries to the person advertising a property
• Emailing you about your account and your listings
• Keeping the site working and preventing misuse

We do not sell your information.

4. What other people can see

Your name, profile photo, agency name, phone number and email are shown on your public profile and on your listings, because that is how buyers reach you. Do not put anything in those fields you would not want a stranger to read.

Your password and your email login are never shown.

5. Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. It is necessary for the site to work and is removed when you sign out.

6. Keeping it

We keep your account and listings while your account is open. If you ask us to close it, we delete your account, your listings and the files you uploaded.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on our contact page.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change takes effect once it is published here.
